Although our patients who fill out our surveys say we have the best staff in any Dental office, we feel there is always room for improvement. This past weekend our team attended 2 different seminars. Our Administrative team, Trudy, Gina, Stacy, Tammy and Chris attended the Whitehall Management Seminar in Orlando. Whitehall Management focuses on improving customer (Patient) service by simplifying and customizing procedures that best serve our patients.
Our Clinical team (comprised of Doctor, Hygienist and Dental Assistants), Dr. O’Neil, Bernadette, Joclyn, Jennifer, Isabel, Tracie and Linette all attended a DOCS (Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation) seminar in Miami. We are very proud of our Clinical team because they were the most knowledgeable team at the lectures. They followed along and participated in what was really an advanced course for Dentists who have a Florida IV conscious sedation permit. Even the Harvard graduate MD Professor was impressed with our team.
Congratulations to both the Administrative and Clinical teams for proving they are the shining stars of the Dental profession.
