Why you want to brush and floss...
Periodontal disease (periodontitis) occurs when the gum tissues and bones that hold your teeth in place deteriorate. If left untreated it may cause tooth loss.
The cause of periodontal disease can be provoked by plaque and toxins that build up on the surface of your teeth, however, there may be a few solutions to fix the problem if you're having trouble. Always brush and floss daily and be sure to regularly visit our dental hygienist Bernadette for your routine dental cleanings and exams.
